Where can I download the content?
The sales material said that the content was downloadable for later viewing, but I can’t find a link to do so?
I see that each video is downloadable if you go through the lessons one by one but I’d like to get it all in one location so I don’t need to do that. What is the easiest way to get all the content offline?

The download links are on the individual videos. In my experience most people who have asked me for video downloads of this kind of material are looking for a way to load up a few videos on a laptop for offline viewing during a long flight or a commute, and individual download links ought to be sufficient for that.
(Unfortunately, experience from RubyTapas suggests that people who ask for a one-shot download of all the content are often looking to grab everything and then ask for a refund. Sad but true.

I get that, I just purchased under the assumption that like other courses I had purchased like this that I could get all material downloaded easily.
How can I get a refund for this?
I assumed based on the language in the advert and other courses I purchased this would be easily downloadable for offline learning.
