Hey all. Quick question: do you like the pair-programming videos (The Capacitor Sessions) the way they are now, as a separate course? Or would you prefer them to be distributed through the main MOOM course, the same way the homework assignments are?

I separated them out into their own course because they don’t really have a one-to-one mapping to the course topics. But I having them peppered throughout the main course could be a nice reminder to shift the pace and focus periodically, which is good for learning and retention.

    Thoughts? Preferences?

The pairing course doesn’t show up under the My Courses’ section for me but if I use the url from the forums I can access it. I forget to check if any new videos have been added until it is mentioned on the forums, so personally I would like them scattered through the MOOM course weeks, just for the prompt to watch them regularly with time between to digest each one.

I saw these videos when I logged in and went into my profile to see what courses I signed up for. Personally I think they should be separate, because they focus on different skills. That being said if you combined it with the other course, it would be interesting how you did that, but not the end of the world. I really appreciate the real worldness these videos are in, and the fact you both speak candidly about issues, challenges, and it is not a contrived example. I say keep the videos coming, and program with others as well. I found the videos enjoyable to watch.
